Our Story

Welcome to Twin Coffee Roasting!

Our journey didn’t start in a corporate boardroom. It started in a hospital room with a miracle, and it continues today through our family micro-roastery right here in Fishers, Indiana.

A few years ago, our world changed when our twins — a precious boy and a girl — were born prematurely at just 7 months. Doctors prepared us for the worst, but we turned to our faith. For 40 days and 40 nights, we prayed unceasingly. Against all medical odds, God answered our prayers and saved them both.

While our twins survived, our beautiful daughter lost her hearing during that challenging time. Today, she is thriving as a student at the Indiana School for the Deaf (ISD) — an incredible institution providing love, tools, and education to help local children navigate the world with confidence.

Inspired by our family’s journey, we launched Twin Coffee Roasting. Using an advanced commercial air-roasting system, we roast our specialty beans using only hot air. This unique process removes all bitterness, delivering a remarkably smooth, clean, and chocolatey cup every single time.
